Online Payment

Payments are handled through a third party called Nelnet. We do not retain credit card information. Please be aware that some browsers store credit card information and you should not use public computers for financial transactions.

Tracking Your Exam Status

Please do not call Rutgers or the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection immediately after taking an exam. It may take 7-10 business days for your exam information to be processed and submitted to the NJDEP. Your exam status can be monitored via your account’s dashboard.

Notifications of Deadlines

Please watch your dashboard and email for important announcements about your exam status.

System Transfers to DEP

We exchange information on a nightly basis with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Any updates to your exams, grades, and other information should be on your dashboard or sent via email.
